How to Skip or Change a Delivery Month
How to Skip Your Next Delivery Month
When you'd like to skip a delivery month, you can ask us to help you, or you can manage it yourself in your online account. Here's how:
- Log into your online account
- Click on Manage Subscriptions (it's under Account Details)
- In the navigation menu, click on Upcoming Orders
- Find the order, and click on it
- Scroll to the bottom, and click Skip This Order
If it's after the 1st of the month that you want to Skip, your card has probably already been charged. In this case, email us and we'll work with you to figure something out.
How to Choose Your Next Delivery Month (Forward or Back)
You have more flexibility than just choosing to Skip. You can change your next charge date to the 1st of the month in which you want your next delivery.
This allows you to push delivery months back (later), or move them forward (sooner).
- Follow steps #1-4 above
- Click on Order Date
- Select the 1st of the month you'd next like provisions
- Click Update Next Order Date

A Note on Managing your Subscriptions Online
- If you have not yet activated your online account, or you're not sure if you have an online account or not, email us and we'll resend you an activation link.
- By the way, this is a point of confusion for some customers, but signing up for a subscription does not automatically enable an online account. Subscribers do need to activate their online accounts by clicking through on an activation email that we send you.
