How to Move Up a Delivery Month
When you'd like to make your next delivery month sooner, you can ask us to help you, or you can manage it yourself in your online account. Here's how:
1. Log into your online account. (If you have not activated your online account, or are not sure, please see below. Having a provisions subscription does not necessarily mean you have an activated online account.)
2. Select Manage Subscriptions (under Account Details)
3. Select your next order
4. Scroll down and select the order date
5. In the calendar, select the first day of the month you’d like to receive your order in, and click Update next order date.
Note: Activating and managing your online account
- This can be a point of confusion: Signing up for a provisions subscription does not automatically enable an online account. Subscribers do need to activate their online accounts by clicking through on an activation email that we send you.
- If you have not yet activated your online account, or you're not sure if you have an online account or not, email us and we'll resend you an activation link.
